Shoulder Arthritis
A gradual wearing down of the smooth cartilage in the shoulder joint that leads to pain, stiffness, and a grinding sensation with movement.

Damage to the group of muscles and tendons that stabilize the shoulder, ranging from irritation to partial or complete tears that limit strength and motion.

A condition where the rotator cuff tendons are pinched against the shoulder blade during arm movement, causing pain, especially when reaching overhead.
Frozen Shoulder
A condition where the shoulder capsule thickens and tightens, causing pain and a progressive loss of motion that develops in gradual stages.
Pectoralis Major Tendon Injuries
A tear of the large chest muscle where its tendon attaches to the arm, often occurring during heavy lifting such as a bench press.
Hip Arthritis
A gradual breakdown of the cartilage in the hip joint that leads to pain, stiffness, and difficulty with walking and everyday movement.
Knee Arthritis
A progressive loss of the cartilage that cushions the knee joint, leading to pain, swelling, stiffness, and trouble with walking and stairs.
